Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This policy explains how Samuel Rosa de Oliveira ("we", "us") handles information in connection with FlintAlgo (the "Software") and the website at flintalgo.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver the Software:
- Order information — when you buy, our Merchant of Record (Paddle) collects your payment and billing details and shares limited order data with us, such as your name, email address, and country.
- Machine fingerprint — to node-lock your license, the Software generates an opaque hashed identifier of your computer ("activation code"). You submit it at checkout; we embed it in your license. It is a one-way hash, not your personal hardware details.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep your message and contact details to respond.
- Website logs — our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (e.g. IP address) for security and to serve the Site. The Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
To process your order, generate and email your license key, provide support, prevent fraud and license abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service providers
- Paddle — Merchant of Record; payment processing and billing.
- Resend — sends your license key and transactional emails.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site and provides DNS, email routing, and security.
4. Retention
We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide the Software and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise them, email [email protected]. For payment data held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
